In the final minutes of the video where bizarre things happen, I believe it's not an anomaly but rather the opponents using some type of trick, like a lag switch or something similar. The main problem is that Bungie doesn’t seem interested in monitoring and punishing these types of players, which makes it frustrating to play PvP. After all, if they were to ban these players, it would be a large percentage of the community, which would directly impact their revenue, since, cheater or not, what matters is the income from silver sales and expansions.
